This is, in a nutshell, the mission of Pantecnica^®, a company based in Rho (MI) that aims to be a technical partner of reference able to provide quality products and service in several industrial sectors.
The company's core business is technical-application consultancy for the design, production and supply of systems and components for fluid sealing and for the isolation and damping of vibrations and shocks in every possible industrial application, as well as in some civil fields.
Research is a strategic sector, in which the company invests an average of 3 ≈ 5% of its turnover, continuously increasing its technical-application know-how.
Pantecnica^® not only develops co-designed solutions with its customers and partners, but has also taken steps to anticipate the needs of its reference markets, investing in a number of new research projects and patents mainly in collaboration with the Politecnico of Milan, but also with other Research Centres and institutions.

To improve comfort on board of yachts and ships, Pantecnica^® has developed specialized technical skills to design and supply effective systems to mitigate both structural and secondary airborne noise in cabins and on deck.
The wide range of certified anti-vibration systems, also in the tear-proof version, can meet every application requirement to improve onboard comfort.
Furthermore, the focus on protecting the marine environment has always been one of our priorities, following Sustainable Development Goal 14 of the UN 2030 Agenda.
Not only have we been supporters of the One Ocean Foundation since its inception, but we have also developed innovative systems to avoid antifouling treatments, which are known to be polluting, and acoustic shieldings in 100% recyclable material.
